All were on hand to inspect the new outpatient clinic at Eglin Air Force Base, Fort Walton Beach, Florida on Monday, September 15, 2008 where Dr. Krupkin received a gift, a coin medal from Congressman Miller. Dr. Krupkin greatly appreciated the good Congressman and Dr. Peake for their taking the time to inspect the new clinic and for the great photo opportunity.
Dr. Krupkin thanked both for helping to keep area veterans from having to travel some 156 miles one way, for most, go to and from Pensacola VAOP, and some 375 miles one way to go to Biloxi, Mississippi.
This new clinic greets area veterans with a welcome team that serves cookies and fresh hot coffee daily. Dr. Krupkin stated, "It is very wheelchair friendly and the staff is very helpful. I urge area veterans to make full use of this great new clinic and thank Congressman Miller and Secretary Peake for taking the time to visit with veterans at the new outpatient clinic."
